چکیده

Three irrigation treatments were set up in northeast China to investigate soil water movement and root uptake of greenhouse tomatoes, the collected experimental data simulated by HYDRUS-2D. The computation partitioning evapotranspiration into evaporation crop transpiration was carried out with double-crop coefficient method. HYDRUS-2D model successfully movement, producing RMSE ranging from 0.014 0.027, an MRE 0.062 0.126, R2 79% 92%, when comparing simulations two-year field measurements. Under different treatments, 83–90% total quantity concentrated 0–20 cm layer, more deficit, deeper roots will absorb compensate for lack at surface. average area shortage W1 2.08 times that W2. W3 treatment hardly suffered stress. In model, parameter n had highest sensitivity compared parameters α Ks, ranking > Ks α. This research revealed relationships between soil, under drip analysis could guide key adjustment improve simulation efficiency model.

Soil particle size distribution and its relationship with soil water and salt under mulched drip irrigation in Xinjiang of China

Soil particle size distribution (PSD), one of the most important soil physical attributes, is of great importance to soil water movement, soil erosion and soil solute migration. In this study, the soil PSD of 563 soil samples from the mulched drip irrigated cotton fields in Xinjiang of China were measured by laser diffraction particle size analyzer. The soil PSD characteristics and its relation...

Root-shoot regulation and yield of mulched drip irrigated maize on sandy soil

Sandy fields have been reclaimed to exploit the grain production potential in northwestChina. A 2-year statistically replicated field study was conducted to determine the effects ofmulched drip irrigation on soil water, soil nitrate, shoot root growth and yields of maize on asandy field in the Hetao irrigation district. Treatments included border irrigation (BI), fullymulched drip irrigation (F...

Spatial Variability and Lateral Location of Soil Moisture Monitoring Points on Cotton Mulched Drip Irrigation Field

This experiment was conducted from April to September in 2009 in Baotou-lake Farm of Korla city, Xinjiang region, China. Two experiment schemes were designed for analyzing the spatial variability and lateral orientation of monitoring points for soil moisture. In scheme 1, 44 monitoring points were positioned with sampling depth of 0~60cm. In scheme 2, 20 monitoring points were placed with sampl...

Effects of salinity and irrigation water management on soil and tomato in drip irrigation

In this research, the effects of irrigation with saline and fresh water through drip irrigation method and using two irrigation management strategies: M1, M2 (M1 is irrigation with fresh water in alternative with saline water, M2 is saline water in first half time of each irrigation event and fresh water in the second half), on the yield, water productivity (WP), soil salinity, plant height...
